Marnie has held the role of Chair of the Finance Risk and Audit sub-committee of the Board of trustees at HELP for the past five years. She comes from a diverse executive background with over 25 years of industry experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in both corporate and public benefit entities.

Marnie has an affinity with charitable work, having held CFO roles for several of New Zealand’s largest charities. With a depth of governance experience including in the areas of Finance, Risk, Commercial and business transformation she brings a passion for ensuring robust and transparent financial stewardship in support of entities providing critical services to our communities and those most in need.
