We are here to HELP
You can talk to us, no matter what your age, culture, ethnicity, beliefs or sexual orientation. No matter whether the sexual abuse happened recently or a long time ago. No matter whether you want to seek therapy, seek justice or seek answers. Our team is here to help and support you – and never to judge or blame.
We heal. We educate. We prevent.
We create change
We offer a wide range of support services to help all Aucklanders who’ve been affected by sexual abuse: from help in a crisis to ongoing counselling, from advocating for your rights or helping you seek justice, right through to prevention programmes to help protect children, whānau and our communities.
If you’ve experienced sexual abuse or sexual assault, or you’re worried that someone is at risk, you can call our free, confidential HELPline, day or night.
Our trained counsellors and psychotherapists are experienced at helping children, young people and adults of all ages to heal from the trauma of sexual abuse.
Through our prevention programmes, including our We Can Keep Safe programme for pre-schools, we work to keep our children, young people and communities safe.
Poutu Pasifika Services
We respect that different cultures require different tools to heal from sexual abuse, so we provide counselling, therapy and support for Pasifika peoples.
