Jessica is a lawyer, and is currently Executive Director at Lawyers for Climate Action NZ. Previously, she has practiced as a barrister and a judges’ clerk at the Auckland High Court, where she worked across criminal, public, and commercial law. She has a Masters of Law from New York University, and is passionate about improving the way the criminal justice system treats survivors of sexual violence in Aotearoa. She sees being involved with HELP in a governance capacity as a real privilege.
