Teresa joined HELP in 2021 as the Business Services Manager, responsible for the direction and operational delivery of internal support services to enable efficient and effective running of the organisation. She is responsible for our human resources, IT, property, data & reporting, risk management, audit, and compliance.

Teresa obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Business whilst working and has a range of experience across public and private enterprise.  Her strengths are in organisational transformation and change management, people and workplace strategy, business analysis and IT system implementation.  Teresa is also passionate about learning & development and coaching, having designed and delivered learning programmes in local government, as well as adult and tertiary education sectors.

Alongside work, Teresa has been an active volunteer, including as a youth mentor, working on several environmental & conservation projects, and as Auckland Regional Coordinator for Jane Goodall’s Institute providing regional educational outreach, inspirational leadership, and implementation of the Roots & Shoots Programme in partnership with local schools.
