HELP provides a 24 hour telephone service for survivors of recent assault, those dealing with the long-term effects of historical abuse and anyone in the community concerned that someone else might be at risk of sexual abuse.
Our team of qualified counsellors respond to up to 1,000 calls per month ranging from those disclosing abuse for the first time, survivors dealing with the effects of recent or historical sexual violence (whether they be struggling with flashbacks or self-harming behaviours), to parents and teachers concerned about sexualised behaviour in children or how to respond supportively to friends or family disclosing abuse.
Call us anytime. We’re here to HELP.
